Enjoy a traditional Thai dinner at a local restaurant near your hotel. We recommend green curry, but definitely try a classic dish like Pad Thai or Mango Sticky Rice.

Start the day with a once-in-a-lifetime experience at an ethical elephant sanctuary, like Elephant Nature Park, Elephant Jungle Sanctuary, or the Elephant Freedom Project (we went to this one and it was absolutely perfect!).
