  • Milk
  • Yogurt
  • Honey
  • Cornstarch
  • Frozen strawberries
  • Lemon
  • Frozen Blueberries
  • Popsicle Mold

Easy Steps to Make These Healthy Homemade Bomb Pops

  1. Start with the white layer. To a blender, add 1 cup of milk, 1/2 cup yogurt, a drizzle of honey for sweetness, and half a teaspoon of cornstarch to thicken it up. Blend and pour this mixture into a container. Store it in the refrigerator until you’re ready to assemble the layers.
  1. For the red layer, blend about 1 cup of frozen strawberries, a drizzle of honey, 1/2 cup of milk, 1/2 teaspoon of cornstarch, and squeeze in half of a lemon.
  1. For the blue layer, blend about 1 cup of frozen blueberries, a drizzle of honey, 1/2 cup of milk, and 1/2 teaspoon of cornstarch.

  1. Add the red layer first and then store in the freezer for 2 hours.
