What You’ll Need to Make a DIY Barbie Box
You just need a few cheap supplies to make this Barbie Box!
- Foam Boards: We used foam boards from the dollar store to build the box. The number of boards you need will depend on the height and width you want to make the box.
- Duct Tape: We used duct tape to put the foam boards together.
- Hot Pink Wrapping Paper
- White Wrapping Paper
- Tape
- Barbie logo
- Optional Name: Customized piece with your daughter’s name. We got ours from Hip Hip Soiree!
How to Build this DIY Barbie Box
This construction of this box was super simple. Use the duct tape to connect your foam boards into a box, don’t worry about a bottom for the box. After you’ve assembled the box, cut out the opening for the front of the box.
Wrap the outside of the box in hot pink wrapping paper and the inside of the box with white wrapping paper. Attach your barbie logo and custom name piece with tape or glue to the front of the box and that’s it!
This life-size Barbie Box gives you such a huge return for a little bit of effort! Our girls loved having this box at our daughter’s 7th birthday party! The smiles on their faces and the photos we got were priceless!
