The land of fire and Ice. I have been dreaming of visiting the incredible country of Iceland for a very long time. Exploring waterfalls, soaking in hot springs, scaling glaciers, it all sounded so magical. But something always stopped me from taking this once in a lifetime trip. Iceland is beautiful and exciting but the idea of doing and seeing it all with young kids can seem kind of intimidating. After years of planning I finally did it. I took my whole family of 5 on a road trip along the southern coast of Iceland. It was one of the most amazing (and surprisingly easy) trips we have ever been on.
