Edith was sure of it. For her third birthday she wanted a unicorn party. I knew that I wanted to make this unicorn birthday special but it was a little tricky. May is always a jampacked month for us so I needed to keep it simple and easy.
We decided to go back to the farm from Lucille’s 3rd birthday (read about that HERE). The kids had a blast and it was so easy for us not having it at our house. Plus the horses would fit perfectly in the unicorn birthday theme.
Of course I wanted to add some simple touches to real make the party feel like a unicorn birthday.
Here are some pictures of her special day.
The day was so windy it was really hard to get a good picture of the setup.
And of course the hot Florida weather had everything melting before I could even snap a picture.
We added the balloon garland with the streamers to add a dramatic detail. Read all about how I make my easy balloon garlands HERE
Here is her invitation
and some pictures of her with the horses
I put together a list of some of the items from her party to help make it easier to plan a unicorn party of your own.
